Electric understands the importance of safety, and we guarantee

In order to remain a safety leader, we are constantly monitoring
technological changes along with new procedures and policies
in order to best educate our employees. We make certain
that our fully licensed staff is up-to-date on current policies
and procedures in order to insure the highest degree of customer
satisfaction. In addition to thorough education, we
provide our employees with the most appropriate tools and
protective equipment to allow the completion of tasks in
the safest manner possible.
Safety Awards & Honors
At Carroll Electric there is an enormous amount of emphasis
placed on safety. As a result of this, our Experience
Modification Rate (EMR) is .63, which is among
the best in the industry. We feel the key to safety
is the responsibility of the first-line supervisor and the
commitment of management. In order to reach our goal of an
optimum EMR, we aim to avoid lost workdays (severity rate)
and continuously improve preventative measures. Our
commitment to this is illustrated through the fact that in
both 2008 and 2009 there were no lost workdays.

The
Project Distinction Award for Electrical Over $1 Million
was awarded to Carroll Electric. ABC members abounded
on the Southeastern Container construction project of Beloit,
Wisconsin, and ABC member Carroll Electric played a pivotal
role in the successful completion of this facility. Carroll
Electric bid for each of the three bids, including the design
build portion. The job was completed safely and on
time despite abhorrent weather conditions, crippling time
constraints, and growing demands. The Carroll team
installed 1,006 light fixtures, 7,500 feet of high voltage
conduit, over 350,000 feet of wiring, among many other tasks,
to define this project as the feather in Carroll Electric’s
distinguished cap.
